I'm sitting here in my new home thinking about how amazingly smooth this whole transition has been, all thanks to Lindsay. We seriously couldn't have done it without her help!

It was about a 6-month process. I looked on Yelp for best reviews on a real estate agent/team that I knew I could trust and help us move from CA to OR. Here is a quick breakdown of why we were impressed with Lindsay:

1. Communication -- No matter what time or if she was out of the office for a few hours, we always had a quick response via e-mail, phone, or text. We were always in the loop with every conversation. 

2. Representation -- Lindsay is very professional and diligent every step of the way. As first time homebuyers, we felt really overwhelmed with the process. She was very patient with us and explained what things meant, what we needed to do, who we needed to be in touch with. We never had to worry or follow up with her throughout the long process. 

3. Going the Extra Mile -- Since we were living in CA, Lindsay was our eyes for everything happening in OR. She drove out to Wilsonville (where we decided to live) several times to talk to important people in the process and to check up on our home. She took photos and videos and sent them via e-mail and dropbox to us that same day. I even asked for measurements for a couple spaces and she was able to do that for me. She also coordinated with home inspectors to conduct inspections during the home orientation on our behalf. Lindsay made everything much easier for us, so we're extremely grateful to have had her as our real estate agent. When we met her upon our final home inspection on move-in day, she had an eye for details that we didn't even see. I can't say enough excellent things about Lindsay.

What I enjoy most about Lindsay is that she's a straight shooter - she doesn't tell you something unless she's sure of it and if she's not sure of it, she'll go find the right answer. Another unbeatable quality Lindsay has is listening to what you want and trying to understand the aesthetic you like while looking for homes. I had plenty of realtors have me fill out lengthy questionnaires - which I'm not even sure they give a second glance to :( Another thing I love about Lindsay is that she was never pushy, never rushed us through a showing, never tried to get us to go over budget to find something better suited for us and never sent me a ton of listings that she knew wouldn't interest us. She doesn't want to waste your time :)

Lindsay is the type of person I love working with because she makes me feel calm when buying a home is supposedly one of the most stressful decisions of your life! Lindsay made this process as painless as possible and for that I can't say enough good things about my experience with Lindsay. I would definitely recommend!
